You can return normal sale items within 14 days and non-sale items within 28 days of delivery for a (full) refund. Check our return page for information regarding return costs.
Returning your order is simple; please head to our return portal here to start the process. In the return form you will need to fulfill:
- Email address: make sure to enter the email you used when you created the account to place the order
- Order number: starting with 1000XXXXX or 2000XXXXX
Please also include the packing slip and/or return form in your package, so our warehouse can process your return correctly.
